Choose when Flows are available

Workforce Flows are now created with admin-only access by default, allowing Admins to test them before making them available more widely. While in this state, flows can only be run in Test mode by Admin users, and are not accessible to others.
When you’re ready to make a flow available for others to run, simply switch the flow to Enabled - either directly from the Flows library or while building your flow (as shown below).
Once enabled, flows are available to be run by other users and triggered in automations.

The control for switching between Build and Test modes has moved from the top of the screen into the Flow editor, making it easier to access while working on your flow.
