Open in new tab, and revision history update

Dynamic Content now lets you open content in a new tab from the content library, and a Publish status icon in revision history now marks the most recently published version.

In the revision history, when changes are made to published content, the publish status icon updates to show that an earlier version - not the latest - is the published one.
