Delivery key issue

A feature release on Wednesday 08/07/2020 unfortunately introduced an issue whereby editing a content item could result in any existing Delivery Key being removed.

This issue was resolved Thursday 09/07/2020 17:00.

To ensure you have the correct version of the Dynamic Content app, a forced refresh should be performed in your browser:

  • Windows: ctrl + F5
  • mac OS: command-shift-R (Google Chrome) or command-option-R (Safari)
  • Linux: F5

If you have any content items that were impacted by this issue you can restore the Delivery Key by reverting back to the previous version of your content.
