Using Amplience credits in Content Studio

Amplience credits are needed to use Amplience Studios features. Credits are allocated per organization and you'll choose a monthly credits plan when you sign up for Amplience Studios. You can also top up your credits at any time as your usage varies.

You can see how many credits you have available by hovering over the credit balance logo in the top right hand corner of Content Studio.

Each time you generate content you will use one or more Amplience credits. The number of credits you're charged depends on the action you perform and a number of other factors including:

  • The AI model you choose
  • The length of the content you want to create
  • The type of content you're creating
  • Whether you're including product information or images

You can see how many credits it will take to perform a particular action on the "Generate" button at the bottom of the template you're using. You will only spend credits from your balance when you click the "Generate" button.

In the example shown below, it will cost 3 credits to generate a blog using the GPT-4 AI model and the settings chosen. Using a different AI model might require fewer credits, but it's worth trying out different models and prompts so you can find what works best for you.
