Dynamic Content enhancements

This release includes several enhancements to Dynamic Content to help improve improve the user experience.

Updates include:

• You can now add multiple content items at once when adding content directly to editions, making it faster and consistent with slot content.
• Developers can now navigate directly from content properties to the content type or slot content type in the Development tab, by clicking the linked type name in the Properties pane.
