Courtney Grisham

Director, Ecommerce

I am a results driven leader in eCommerce, with a passion for retail, and even bigger passion for shoes! I have spent that last decade developing a career in eCommerce at Shoe Carnival. I lead the team that is responsible for driving merchandising strategies that produce real results, leading to sustainable success. I believe a good leader is a good teacher, and what drives me most is the opportunity to mentor and help shape the minds of future industry leaders. I’m a recent Charlotte, NC transplant, so when I’m not working, my family and I are exploring all our new city has to offer.

The company, based in Tampa, Florida, is a boutique company of expert engineers in front-end development and user experience. We have primarily been working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud customers on upgrades from SFRA and SiteGenesis to Composable Storefront. The 64labs team was contracted by Salesforce to help build PWA Kit (now Composable Storefront) and used that experience to build the first Composable Storefront accelerator in the market. In 2022, 64labs launched the first two Composable Storefront sites one in the US (Duluth Trading) and one in the UK (Sweaty Betty).  64labs is also among the most experienced implementers of headless CMS and Search projects and are core partners for both Amplience and Algolia in Salesforce Commerce Cloud builds with multiple successful execution with both. 64labs specializes in an accelerated implementation of major projects using the team’s experience of composable projects to optimize workflows and avoid reinventing the wheel on every project. We have completed more headless projects than any agency in the world. A full end-to-end project with 64labs typically takes 6 months and costs around $600k.
