What to Expect
Building longer term and sustainable customer relationships to drive customer retention (renewals) and customer value (up-sell), as well as to liaise with the Customer Success team to improve the overall level of customer satisfaction in EMEA region.
Taking commercial ownership of these accounts and ensuring that we are delivering value to clients and remaining relevant throughout the customer lifecycle.
Amplience promotes a “remote-first” approach. We have 4 lovely offices throughout EMEA and North America and we’d love to see you in whichever is closest to you. However, we appreciate that flexibility is key to all our lives, so all we ask is that you are willing and able to come in when required; once a week/month depending on your team and location. Key Responsibilities
- Build exemplary relationships with senior stakeholders within our existing customer base to create meaningful, value orientated, outcomes for our customers.
- Ensure revenue retention through successful use of Amplience and ecosystem platform solutions, remaining relevant at all times.
- Identifying opportunities and driving additional revenue through the adoption of platform solutions (existing and new).
- Maintain tight communications with the Customer Success and Solutions team in managing customer expectations and queries.
- Constantly educate clients on company value and opportunity.
- Perform business analytics on the customer's data to identify and present areas for the customer's highest need of focus and/or opportunity for return on investment.
- Liaise where appropriate with Account Directors to efficiently transition existing and new business into the new AM structure.
- Contribute to Amplience Product and go-to-market strategy.
- Build and maintain close relationship with the Company’s Strategic Partners to facilitate platform adoption strategy.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- 3-5 years experience and successful track record in Account Management, delivering value to customers.
- Excellent knowledge of SaaS and Cloud software solutions, marketplace and ecosystem.
- Strong background with Structured Account Planning.
- Experience in dealing with customers in the Retail sector.
- Commercially astute and able to negotiate successful outcomes.
- Strong relationship-building skills and track record with the ability to develop and build profitable and successful working relationships in the EMEA region.
