What to Expect
The Finance Assistant for Amplience will have a keen eye for detail, strong math skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently. You should also be trustworthy and a good communicator. You will be responsible for liaising with customers to ensure the timely collection of payments.

Key Responsibilities

●      Form a close working relationship with the finance team;
●      Verify financial data related to sales and purchases, maintaining accurate records;
●      Biweekly reporting of outstanding debts by customers across the company;
●      Chase overdue customer debts according to contractual payment terms;
●      Data entry for purchase invoices;
●      Assistance with teams around the business raising POs;
●      Concur (expenses management software) administration and support to employees in raising claims;
●      Data entry for company credit cards into Concur system for board approval;
●      Cover and support for employee travel approvals;
●      Help with routine administration tasks;
