Reporting to the Director of Partner Marketing, we are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager which will support our North American partner marketing strategy by building relationships and collaborating with numerous technology partners and system integrator partners on strategic, co-marketing programs that drive awareness, leads, and opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a plan and ongoing marketing programs with key technology and solutions partners focused on the North American region – including activities for both new partners and existing partners
  • Create, execute and manage marketing campaigns to promote partner-specific messages, themes, and joint-solution offerings
  • Work closely with strategic partners on integrated marketing programs
  • Manage incoming co-marketing requests, come up with new ideas and areas of opportunity, and prioritize activities
  • Collaborate with Amplience’s Partnerships team on GTM strategy and execution around partnerships and collaborate with Amplience’s Product Marketing team on creating/packaging sales enablement collateral (to help with joint selling opportunities)
  • Work closely with the Event Marketing Manager to drive partner engagement at both in-person and virtual events/webinars through collaboration, content, sponsorship, promotion, etc.
  • Track outcomes, evaluate and report on program KPIs
 

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • 5+ years of partner marketing experience within the B2B software/tech industry 
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate with other key departments and stakeholders. Experience with enterprise level teams including sales and communicating with senior leadership is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects at a time
  • Ability to problem solve when things go unexpectedly (as they sometimes do with events)
  • Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot a plus
  • Knowledge of eCommerce and/or headless CMS concepts a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in relevant fields such as Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or something related
