What to Expect
You’re an experienced B2B content marketer and strategist with a growth mindset. You have experience developing, implementing, and scaling content to increase brand awareness, and educate and inspire customers at each stage of the buyer journey.
 
You have strong analytical capabilities and can confidently measure content performance in line with KPIs, using data-driven insights to make strategic recommendations for content creation. As Content Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Director of Content Marketing to execute the global content strategy across the B2B customer lifecycle by business segment and audience, and to monitor the organic landscape to ensure that Amplience’s content offering is market-leading. 

Amplience promotes a “remote-first” approach. We have 4 lovely offices throughout EMEA and North America and we’d love to see you in whichever is closest to you. However, we appreciate that flexibility is key to all our lives, so all we ask is that you are willing and able to come in when required; once a week/month depending on your team and location. Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for coordinating the development of dynamic SEO content across the B2B customer lifecycle, in line with the global content calendar. You will work closely with Product Marketing, Partners, Sales and other Marketing functions to ensure alignment on content output and to identify any content amplification opportunities 
  • Consistently evaluate the content strategy, leveraging insights from other Marketing functions to make recommendations for content gaps and opportunities 
  • Support the Director of Content Marketing with ongoing content mapping 
  • Leverage best practice SEO strategies in the production of high-quality blog posts, whitepapers, case studies and website copy that accelerates funnel results 
  • Provide cross-functional content review support to ensure consistent brand messaging and TOV across all touchpoints 
  • Report on and analyse content performance, including digital content on the Amplience website and internal content utilised by the Sales team 
  • Work with Director of Content Marketing, team members and other departments to ensure effective communication strategies that clearly articulate core product benefits, solutions, use cases and value proposition 
  • Test new content formats and distribution channels to maximise reach and impact 
  • Liaise with Creative team, contributors and external freelancers to ensure efficient and consistent content publication
  • Support the Director of Content Marketing on the corporate communications strategy

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • 5+ years' experience in Content Marketing, in B2B/SaaS environment preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable liaising with and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Track record of delivering high-performing B2B content, achieving targets relating to brand awareness and demand generation
  • Experience working in matrix organisations, balancing multiple stakeholder requirements
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to use research, metrics and data to underpin content recommendations 
  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics and Ahrefs
