A snapshot of productivity
We built Dynamic Content to get rid of the bottlenecks in the content production process and empower business users to maximize their agility. All the individual components to achieve this were there but there wasn’t a consolidated view of all tasks and workflows. The Dashboard solves this. At a glance you can now see assigned tasks, recent work, scheduled campaigns and more. It’s a snapshot to push your productivity up a notch.
This is where you’ll find all the content that needs your attention. It’s your jumping off point; where you’ll see the tasks that have been assigned to you. Manage your view based on what you need to focus your attention on. And go directly to the content library to do the work.
Customizable in name and color you have full control over how you want to configure the assigned states. Match it to your current process or take the opportunity to design a new, even more productive one.
Assign to one of more members of your team, so everyone knows exactly what they need to be working on. And use webhooks to link up to your messaging platforms, like Slack, so people get notifications when they have a task to do.
Jump straight back in where you left off with all your recently worked on content in one view. It’s the fast way to dive back into work without hopping through folders and repositories.
‘Content items’ is where you’ll see your content types, slots and pages: everything that lives in the Production tab. ‘Editions’ is where you’ll see campaigns and content drops that you’ve recently created; everything that lives in the Planning tab.
This is where you can view all your current and previous campaigns and content drops. It’s your Planning overview giving you oversight of what is soon to be released; under the ‘Upcoming’ tab. And your most recent go lives; the ‘Past’ tab.
Navigate directly to those editions that you want to check. And use the integrated preview function to see exactly what your content will look like across all touchpoints at any given point in time, before it goes live.
Once you start rapidly creating content you’ll have a large library. And this first iteration of the Content Report is where you’ll be able to see a high level visual summary of it all.
Six different charts depict content type, assignee, workflow status, publish status, date modified, and locale. Get the full view of everything or filter by repository.
