# Workforce- integrations marketplace

**Release date: 22nd April 2026**

In this release we've introduced the Workforce [integrations marketplace](https://amplience.com/developers/docs/workforce/setup/integrations/).

The marketplace is a collection of extensions developed by Amplience or our partners. It includes action extensions to integrate [Workforce Flows](https://amplience.com/developers/docs/workforce/flows/) with Dynamic Content and Content Hub, and integrations with commerce platforms including Shopify, Salesforce B2C Commerce, BigCommerce, SCAYLE and commercetools. The marketplace action extensions are available to install on any of your hubs.

The new integrations page makes it easy to install action extensions from the marketplace as well as to [install your own](#installing-your-own-extensions) custom extensions.

## Installing action extensions from the marketplace

Action extensions contain one or more actions that allow you to integrate Workforce with third party products, including commerce systems, Dynamic Content and Content Hub. You can also create your own action extensions to implement your own business logic or integrate with your own systems.

To install an action extension, choose the one you want to add to your hub and click the Install button.

In the example shown below we have chosen the Shopify action extension from the marketplace.

Configure the action extension. In this example we'll enter the credentials for a commerce store, but the information you enter to configure an action extension will vary.

Once the action extension is installed, you can use the actions in Workforce Flows.

Visit [installing action extensions](https://amplience.com/developers/docs/workforce/setup/integrations/) for more details about installing and managing action extensions.

## Installing your own extensions

You can create your own extension that implements custom logic or connects with your own systems. Click the "Create Extension" button on the integrations page and fill in the code and configuration, then create a release. The extension you create will then be available to install from the marketplace.

See [Developing an extension](https://amplience.com/developers/docs/workforce/flows/developing-extensions/) for more details of developing your own extension.
