You will be tasked with hiring top quality candidates into the business in line with future growth plans with a focus on commercial roles. You will be expected to promote direct hiring and look for new, creative methods of direct sourcing to ensure cost effectiveness.  

Key Responsibilities

This role will support recruitment into Amplience in North America . We are considering applications from candidates across the East Coast, US.   
  • This is a delivery focused role. You will be focus on Commercial hires. 
  • Working on the end to end recruitment process and ensuring an excellent candidate experience – 
    • Screen CVs, qualify potential candidates 
    • Work with ATS system (Pinpoint) and continue to build and grow Talent Pipeline
    • Preparing job adverts, actively sourcing candidates across variety of direct methods
    • Conducting screening calls to build a shortlist for review by the hiring manager
    • Reviewing applications on ATS and providing timely feedback 
  • Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders across the business 
  • Work with the Recruitment Manager, HR team and Marketing to maintain a strong employer brand, utilising all our social media strategies; including the Amplience Careers Page, LinkedIn, Twitter, GlassDoor 
  • New, innovative methods of direct recruitment channels 
  • Maintaining external relationships with recruitment agencies on the PSL and monitoring success with each (where applicable) 
  • Assisting with graduate fairs across the UK, representing and promoting the Amplience employer brand
  • General recruitment administration e.g. booking interviews/rooms, maintaining our database and systems 
  • Work with HR to ensure smooth on-boarding process for all new starters 
  • Promote Amplience hiring best practices 

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • At least 5 years agency/internal recruitment background within Tech
  • eCommerce experience is desirable 
  • A specialist knowledge in Technology recruitment and talent attraction
  • Proven track record managing high volume recruitment against tight deadlines 
  • Proven success in using direct sourcing methods to minimise agency usage
  • Experience using Social Media tools in a Recruitment context - e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, GlassDoor
  • Stakeholder management skills, ability to build strong, trusting relationships and ability to multitask 
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload effectively, thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable in changing environments  
  • Collaborative, results driven 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
